It's Monday, My recurring order went through, but I just realised I need more items. Is it too late to add them?


No, it's not too late. Although you are not able to remove items from the recurring order already finalised that morning, you may add items by placing an additional one-time order before the final deadline. The two orders will be packaged and delivered together, provided you place the order before the final deadline of Monday 9pm for delivery on Wednesday or Tuesday 9pm for Nationwide Delivery on Thursday.

How do I create my first ‘Essentials Subscription’ ?


Step 1. Select desired items for your subscription in the ‘Build your Subscription’ Section.


Step 2. Once you are happy with your box, click "Complete Subscription"


Step 3. Follow the checkout prompts on the screen. After paying for the order, you will see a link to the ‘Manage Essentials Subscription’ page. It will also be emailed to you.



How do I ‘Manage my Essentials Subscription’?


To access your Essentials Subscription from the home page, click on " Manage Essentials Subscription’ " under the "Essentials Subscription" drop down tab on the main menu at the top of the page. You can also access it from the link below. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to do so.

Change your delivery address, billing address or credit card

Change your delivery frequency between 1 and 4 weeks

View your upcoming delivery dates

How do I edit the items in my Essentials Subscription?


To edit the items in your subscription, first navigate to the Manage Essentials Subscription.

Click on "Edit Your Subscription, the first button.

Then, you will be taken to the Subscription Builder, AND you will see your last saved selection load on the right hand side (or top of screen on mobile.) Delete or add any items you like, and click "Save" when you are done. Your items are now changed for your upcoming box delivery. NOTE: this must be completed before the deadline for editing your next delivery.


NOTE: When trying to edit your items, do not create an entire new subscription through the builder. How can you tell? If you are sent to the "checkout" page and prompted to enter your info again, you are in the wrong place. You need to begin the process by accessing your existing subscription through the ‘Manage Essentials Subscription. NOT by going to the "Essentials Subscription Builder" and starting over with a new subscription. This will result in multiple orders being placed for you. If you do this inadvertently, don't worry, just let us know and we can fix it for you



What are the deadlines for editing my Essentials Subscription?



Your last chance to make changes is Sunday evening.


The reason we finalise subscription orders earlier than the deadline for one-time orders is to ensure you receive as many of your items as possible. If we waited until the deadline for all one-time orders, every other customer would get "first dibs" on items we have in limited quantity and we might be sold out by that point.


My Subscription order is missing some of the items I selected. What happened?


There are two likely explanations.


  1. If just a few items are missing from your order confirmation email then most likely we ran out of those items. Our system scans for out-of-stock items right before we charge your card on file, and if an item in your box is out of stock, we don't charge for it.


So, you will see it missing from your order confirmation email, but it remains in your list of Subscription items (viewable through the dashboard) . We will try to order it again at your next recurring order, until you remove it through the Manage Subscription Page.


  1. If your delivery or order confirmation looks substantially different than the selection made in your dashboard, most likely you made the changes in the Dashboard AFTER the order had already been finalised for that delivery.
