SiSú cold-pressed juice is made with a hydraulic press that uses thousands of pounds of pressure to extract the maximum amount of liquid from fresh fruits and vegetables. No additional heat or oxygen is used in the process, meaning that all nutrients are kept intact, therefore, no need for the heat of traditional pasteurization. Then we HPP our cold-pressed juice. The already-bottled juices are then submerged in cold water under high pressure, which kills pathogens and increases the shelf life from three to five days to a whopping 30 to 45 days. Keeping everything natural!
